Back to School Registration is now open.  Parents can access the Back to School Registration through MISTAR ParentConnection.  The Back to School Registration is required for all Kindergarten through 12th grade families to easily update medical, demographic, and contact information among various other information.

To complete the Back to School Registration, when logged into MISTAR ParentConnection look for the red “Back to School Registration” link in the upper-right corner of the home screen and follow the prompts.

If you are completing the Back to School Registration on a smart phone you must do so using the MISTAT mobile app. To download the MISTAR App please search “Q ParentConnect” in your App Store/Google Play.

Forgot Your Login

You can retrieve your login by going to this link https://sisweb.resa.net/ParentPortal/Home/LoginReminder and entering the email that is on file. If you are still unable to get your login after using the "forgot password" link, email parentconnect@romulusk12.org with your name, the names of your children, and the schools they attend.

We understand that some parents have had issues while trying to use this system and have reached out for help through the email or phone calls. Please be patient as we work to respond to those inquiries, but in the meantime please be sure to both attempt the ‘Reset Your Password’ process and also to try again to complete registration.

Families that are interested in a district device will need to submit their request for a device through the One2One form in this same process. 

This process needs to be completed prior to the start of school.
