Inspire & Ignite Day is a half-day, schoolwide extension of the Inspire & Ignite Speaker Series designed to provide students with meaningful exposure to college, career, and life pathways. Taking place on Friday, January 16, 2026 which is the half day of school prior to the MLK Day observance.

Event Overview

Inspire & Ignite Day will feature three guest speakers, each delivering three 30-minute presentations for a total of approximately three hours of programming. Sessions will be organized by grade level to ensure age-appropriate messaging and a stronger student connection. Students will transition locations between presentations. 

To encourage participation and engagement, raffle incentives will be offered for both students and staff throughout the event.

Audience: 6-8 grade students organized by grade level
