Eat Breakfast at School Every Day

Mornings can be really crazy…the alarm doesn’t go off…the kids don’t want to get up…there’s no time to eat breakfast before the bus comes…or they’re just not ready to eat. Or maybe your teenager grabs a can of soda and a candy bar on the way to school. If this sounds like your house, we have good news for you!

Free Breakfast is served at your school! School Breakfast helps students be more alert so they can learn more in class. Breakfast has vitamins and nutrients for a strong and healthy body.

Free School Lunch For All

The Michigan School Meals program provides free breakfast and lunch to all public school students (Pre-K - 12). The initiative ensures all students receive nutritious meals - including fruits, vegetables, and in many cases, local food regardless of income.

First lunch is served at 10:18 a.m. daily in the Cafeteria

Second lunch is served at 11:18 a.m. daily in the Cafeteria

The Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program (FFVP) brings fresh, delicious fruits and vegetables to students in participating schools at no cost. For many children who depend on school meals, this program is an important source of daily nutrition. FFVP makes healthy eating fun by introducing a wide variety of fresh produce and giving students the chance to discover new, nutritious foods they may not have tried before.

Served at all Elementary Schools in the classrooms at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
