Transportation
Dear Parent/Guardian,
Welcome to the Romulus Community Schools Student Transportation website. We take pride in providing students with safe travels from home to school and back home at the end of the school day. If you have questions about transportation, route assignments, and bus discipline contact the transportation office staff at (734) 532-1650. Bus routes for the school year are available on this site.
The Romulus Community Schools offer free transportation to all students in grades K-12 who reside in the Romulus Community Schools District’s boundaries.
We appreciate your help in ensuring that your students are at their bus stop locations five minutes before their scheduled pick up time. We look forward to a safe school year.

Day Care Provider Forms
If a student needs to be dropped off at a daycare provider, the required form may be obtained from the school’s Main Office. The form must be completed and returned by the parent or guardian at least five (5) days prior to the effective start date. All sections of the form must be fully completed before approval can be granted by the Transportation Department. The daycare provider must be located within the school’s attendance boundaries.
Kindergarten Students
Kindergarten students must be met at the bus stop in the afternoon by a parent, guardian, or another individual who is at least 18 years of age and listed on the student’s emergency card. If no authorized adult is present at the bus stop, the student will be returned to the school or transported to the Romulus Police Department. In that case, the parent or guardian will be responsible for picking up the student from that location.
